Yankees-Orioles pre-game, 4/23/1961

Announcer: "WFBG, Channel 10, Altoona."
CBS: "CBS Television presents "Baseball Warm-Up," a preview of today's game plus a interview with a top baseball personality. Now let's go to the ballpark!"
Pee Wee Reese: "Welcome to Memorial Stadium in Baltimore, everybody. Pee Wee Reese here. On today's program we'll interview the star left-hander of the Baltimore Orioles, Steve Barber, who pitched a strong ballgame last night as the Orioles completed a day-night doubleheader sweep of the Yankees, 6-1. We'll talk to Steve after word of an upcoming CBS program."
GE Theater promo: "This is Ronald Reagan, ever have one of those days when you're faced with so many obstacles, you just want to get away? That's the problem facing Judge Cyrus Dunn on this week's GE Theater presentation, "My Darling Judge." (scene from episode) How does he manage to push aside all those obstacles, yet make his fishing trip? Fred Clark stars as "My Darling Judge," this week's GE Theater presentation, here over most of these stations."
Reese: "Here with Steve Barber, the star lefty of the Baltimore Orioles. Last night, you pitched a tremendous game against the New York Yankees, striking out 8 en route to a 6-1 win in the nightcap of yesterday's doubleheader. How's it feel taming one of the more lethal lineups in baseball?
Barber: "Well, Pee Wee, you have to make them miss and I think they missed pretty good last night, though I did let 'em back in the game in the 9th, but once that ball landed in Brooksie's glove for the final out, I left the mound knowing I bowled over some tough guys."
Reese: "Any favorite batter among your 8 strikeouts?"
Barber: "Of course, it has to be Mantle and Maris, once you strike those 2 guys out, you know you've done well."
Reese: "It's been less than a year since you've been called up, how much has Paul Richards influenced you?"
Barber: "He's a real guru when it comes to pitchers. When I came up, I was still quite raw when it came to control. Skip has helped me along immensely in my control, like he has everyone else here. He's a friend to the pitcher and a great skipper."
Reese: "How do you see this team going forward?"
Barber: "We're in it for the long haul, no question. Our pitching's solid, Gentile and Gussie are striking the ball, we'll be in the thick, no question."
Reese: "Good luck to you this season, Steve"
Barber: "Thank you, Pee Wee."
Reese: Stay tuned as the Yankees take on the Orioles next right here on the Game Of The Week over this station."
CBS: "You've been watching Baseball Warm-Up. Stay tuned as Dizzy Dean and Pee Wee Reese bring you today's game after station identification."
Psychiatrist: "Who's my next patient?
Secretary: "A Mr. B, he says he's worried about money."(psychiatrist spills coffee)
