American League Update...

I'll resume my AL recreates with the games of 4/20 in a little bit. While it is somewhat of a surprise that the Cubs are leading in the NL portion, it is no surprise who is leading in the AL: one hint, they rhyme with "Spankees." There are a couple of surprises at the top of the home run list, though:
Ken Hunt(LAA) 5, Leo Posada(KCA) 4.
Some of the more established names like Maris, Mantle do have a ways to go yet, so it's a sure bet both Hunt and Posada will have decent power numbers as the season progresses. For right now, though, here are your American League standings through 4/19:
